Mr. Lofft entered commercial real estate in 1998 based in the dynamic Washington, DC and Baltimore markets, and has worked to secure facilities across the country ranging from central offices, microwave tower networks, and earth stations in telecommunications, laser eye surgery centers and dental suites for retail medical providers, BL-3 biotech R&D suites in biotech, SCIF installations for security related firms, data centers for a variety of users, warehousing facilities for distribution companies, build-to-suits and corporate headquarters.
With the financial and operational skill-sets earned with his MBA (Georgetown University, 1997), Mr. Lofft approaches each facilities challenge with rigor and sensitivity to the effects of his clients’ facilities portfolios on their bottom lines. From 1993-1997, Mr. Lofft worked at the US Department of Commerce, focused on trade relations with Russia and the New Independent States.

Ms. Kosola’s real estate career began in 1995 with the launch of Park City’s first independent commercial real estate firm. After several acquisition transactions, investment sales and commercial leases (including American Ski Company’s very first Park City lease), she co-opened the (now) CommerceCRG office in 2001. She joins KW Commercial as a Director.
With her business and accounting degree from University of Detroit, her specialty CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) training, and her long tenure as controller and CFO for television production companies in Los Angeles, Ms. Kosola brings strong business credentials to aide her clients in evaluating commercial real estate investments and then enhancing their value once acquired.

Boyd Brown has sold real estate in Salt Lake City since 1995. He is an associate broker, Operating Principal of Keller Williams Salt Lake City, Operating Principal of Keller Williams South Valley, and a part owner of Keller Williams Utah Realty. Boyd has been a top-producing agent for many years. Boyd has experience in commercial & residential sales, commercial & residential investing, new construction sales, and land development. He has a great understanding of the development process and what it takes to make a project a success.
Boyd is also a real estate investor and owns numerous rental properties and understands property management.
Boyd is an avid student and continues to focus on mastering sales and growing into greater opportunities. Boyd has a professional business coach and has been involved in a national real estate training and coaching program for six years.
Through Boyd’s contacts with this training and coaching program, he participates in a mastermind group with high-volume agents doing development and construction business throughout the country.

Todd Compagno comes to KW Commercial with nearly 10 years of real estate experience having owned, managed and operated his own portfolio of Multi Family properties ranging from 8 to 100 units In Utah, California and Texas. He also worked as a corporate controller for a prominent commercial real estate firm. Mr. Compagno helped create the processes for and acted as a portfolio controller in the asset management division of T.I.C. sponsor, managing a portfolio of 1500 units valued at nearly 100 million dollars. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Utah since 2003 and been acting on behalf of clients buying multifamily property since then and has personally developed various residential properties, from land entitlement to finished product. Mr. Compagno has an undergraduate degree in economics and is currently pursuing his MBA and his real estate brokers’ license. He has also been instrumental in the launch of the KW Commercial division in Park City and brings his experience to KW Commercial and specializes in Multi-Family and Investment properties.

Bob Donaldson is a 16 year resident of the Park City area whose real estate experience includes nine commercial and residential remodeling projects for resale, property management and new construction. Mr. Meyers commercial real estate expertise is in multifamily real estate sales in the Wasatch Front region of Utah and brings five years of real estate sales experience to KW Commercial. He also holds a series 63 and 22 securities license through which he also sells passive TIC real estate securities. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Meyers worked at Zions Bancorporation in the National Real Estate Group doing commercial real estate lending. He graduated from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance in 2003 on full academic scholarship.
